Pricing (as of 1st April 2025):
- Home support: $100+GST/hour (charged in 15 minute increments)
- Business support: $120+GST/hour (charged in 15 minute increments)
- Phone, email and offsite support & consultancy is charged a minimum of 15 minutes
- Remote support is charged a minimum of 30 minutes
- Onsite support & consultancy is charged a minimum of 1 hour (including callout/travel time)
- Callout/travel time is charged at the same hourly rate
